For the quotation process we developed an AI agent that automatically analyses incoming requests, extracts relevant information and creates personalised quotes within minutes instead of hours. Processing time dropped by 70 percent.
AI-Powered Lead Reactivation
Lead reactivation works through an intelligent workflow: the AI agent identifies inactive contacts, generates personalised outreach based on customer history and determines the optimal time for contact. The reactivation rate increased by 16 percent.
The Results
In total Twing now saves over 150 working hours per month – resources that are now available for strategic tasks and customer relationships. ROI was achieved in the second month after implementation.
